Cheese is back
After their usual autumnal break, during which they gave birth and fed their lambs, the sheep have started supplying the dairy with milk again. Today was the first day of production, and we hope to have a well stocked farm shop by Christmas. The first marzolini will be ready in a couple of days and after two months without fresh cheese we very much look forward to savoring them, drizzled with our just pressed new olive oil.
